Do you have questions regarding all the fantastic fun you want to
have at the Fun Factory Park – Emporium Mall? You have landed
on the right page. Below is a list of the most frequently asked
questions that we hear from our guests. Take a look to see if you
can find your answers.
Fun Factory Park is one of Lahore’s biggest indoor amusement
parks, comprising various zones, play areas, birthday party areas,
and much more. There are rides, virtual reality spaces, dodgem
cars, a spectacular play area and limitless arcade games.
The Fun Factory is open for all its visitors from 11am to 11pm.
Fun Factory has a strict no-pets policy which also includes;
domestic pets, guide dogs, service animals and emotional support
animals, keeping the convenience of every guest.
Fun Factory welcomes all payment methods, including; cash
payment, Visa Card, Master Card and Debit Card for park entry,
Fun Card purchase/recharge and gift shop.
No outside coolers, beverages and food is allowed inside the
park. However, parents or guardians may bring baby food, milk
bottles and formula food for their kids. Visitors with food and
edible items are welcome to use the dining area of the Emporium
Mall. However, guests with dietary needs and medical conditions
may take their essential items (as directed by the physician).
All essentials and belongings of the visitors are kept safe at the
Fun Factory park. Please notify the ride attendants or go to the
staff reception at the Fun Factory entrance to inquire in case you
lose an item.

No. You will have to buy a new pass (or get charged through your
Fun Card) every time to exit and need to re-enter the Fun Factory
Park. Guests may undergo security checks, metal detection or
verification each time they re-enter the park.
