TERMS OF ACCESS AND CANCELLATIONS

Fun Factory Park is an indoor amusement park for guests of various ages (Emporium Mall, Johar Town, Lahore) in Pakistan, and by the Nishat Group. The park currently provides services under the country’s authorised regulations and is a legitimate business.
Restrictions On Use
Fun Factory Park is devoted to serving guests and visitors of ages as permitted for the specific rides or zones. For birthday areas and group visits, pre-booking is a compulsion. No guest can enter the Fun Factory Park without a valid paid ticket or a fun factory card. All elements of the Fun Factory, physical or digital, are the property of the Emporium Mall and are protected by intellectual property laws and copyrights. You may not try to modify, replace or remove arrangements and installations in the amusement park. Once entering or accessing Fun Factory Park, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms, conditions and policies.
Cancellation Policy

It is to be noted that: All Sales/Purchase/Bookings are Final.
Whether you are a resident of Pakistan or visiting from abroad, once you have access to the purchased items (including tickets and bookings), you will no longer have the right to cancel your purchase in any way.

Refund Policy
All purchases made at the Fun Factory Park are final and will not be considered for a refund. All orders are processed after your acknowledgement and confirmation, and any payment method you use is your responsibility and will.
Payment Policy
Fun Factory Park allows payments through credit cards, debit cards and cash. If a transaction has been declined due to card issues, you must ensure that your data is correct and resubmit your purchase. If the transaction through your card is declined more than twice, you will not be able to use the same card and must try other payment methods or cards.
Fun Factory Card Terms &Conditions
  • This card can only be used at Fun Factory Park.
  • This card is reloadable.
  • The card is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Fun Factory is not responsible for lost, stolen and damaged cards.
  • Do not bend the card.
Other Terms and Conditions
Fun Factory Park – Emporium Mall reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the Fun Factory Service at any time. Revised Terms of Sale will be made available on our website. Customers are encouraged to review the Terms of Sale periodically for modifications. All sales on the Fun Factory Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Punjab and the federal laws of Pakistan applicable therein without regard to conflict of laws rules.
