House of Illusions Terms &Conditions

Visitors must follow all posted rules and instructions provided by Fun Factory staff.

  • Running, pushing, or engaging in any behavior that may endanger others is strictly prohibited.
  • Use caution when navigating the maze to avoid collisions with mirrors and other visitors.
  • Children below the height of 120 cm must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
  • Children below the height of 80 cm are not allowed to enter.
  • Every single person entering the maze will be charged.
  • Do not touch the mirrors to avoid smudging or causing damage.
  • Any damage to the setup by customers will be charged to the customer as per bill.
  • Avoid using flash photography, as it may disorient other visitors.
  • No food, beverages, or sharp objects are allowed inside the maze.
  • Fun Factory management is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please secure your belongings.
  • Backpacks, large bags, and oversized items are not permitted inside the maze.
  • Respect the experience of others by refraining from loud or disruptive behavior.
  • Vandalism, defacement of property, or any other destructive behavior will result in immediate removal from the maze.
  • Abide by a family-friendly atmosphere; offensive language or gestures are not tolerated.
  • The maze may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions. Consult a healthcare professional if uncertain.
  • Pregnant women and individuals with heart conditions or back problems are advised not to enter.
  • Fun Factory management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone displaying disruptive or unsafe behavior.
  • Visitors may be asked to leave without refund if they fail to comply with the terms and conditions.
  • Fun Factory management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Visitors will be notified of changes as applicable.

By entering the mirror maze, visitors acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the maze without refund.
